Since the release of iOS11, support for the legacy ClareVision App will be discontinued. Clare’s new ClareVision Plus App should be used to prevent any camera configuration or viewing issues.

Clare continues to enhance the Install Assist App to make it simpler to add devices without a laptop or network connection. It is so easy to add devices using the Install Assist App, that we are urging experienced Fusion programmers to use Install Assist for initial setup of all compatible devices. It is substantially FASTER to pair devices in Install Assist than build in Fusion. The recent 5.5 release adds the ability to pair and set up Nest and Honeywell Lyric thermostats within the Install Assist and ClareHome Apps only. Once these devices are added, Fusion can be used for configuring scenes, rules and troubleshooting.

The Clare Dealer Dashboard contains several app guides and brochures to assist you in communicating the functions and features of Clare Controls to your customers. These can either be downloaded or ordered in packages of 25. Several new App guides have been recently added that help highlight the new and improved ClareHome features that empower the homeowner to take full advantage of their system.
