We have resolved the issue that prevented invitations from being sent out to new users.
We are still investigating the issue where users can receive multiple and repetitive event notifications via email. At this time, we are unable to provide an exact time frame for when this second issue will be resolved.

We continue to experience two service issues that are under investigation by our engineering team.
- Unable to send ClareHome user invitations from FusionPro.
- Multiple and repetitive notifications are being sent to end users who have notifications via email configured.
Regarding the first issue, ClareHome and Staff user invitations. We have identified an interim solution which will be implemented by 4 P.M. Eastern time today.
Invitations will be sent to end users and new staff members but may be delayed. We expect that most invitations will be received within 30 minutes of submission, but some may be delayed by several hours. All new users and staff members invited since this issue began should expect to receive their invitations today.
We recognize that this issue is impacting our partners and ClareOne end users. We are working diligently to resolve these issues as soon as possible. At this time, we are unable to provide an ETA to resolution but will provide updates as they become available.
