Honeywell will be performing follow-up maintenance to the Total Connect Comfort (TCC) platform on 8/7. This will result in an up to 4 hour outage window (12AM Eastern to 4AM Eastern). During this period, all TCC functionality will be unavailable. Physical thermostats will continue to function normally. This will impact all TCC thermostats and the Round Smart Thermostat. This will not impact other Honeywell Home thermostats (T5/T6/T9/T10/D6) or devices (e.g., Water Leak Detector).
Notifications will be sent during the maintenance windows as well as if there is any change in plan as soon as possible.
