The ClareHome version 5.5.5 update is rolling out! This update includes Chamberlain MyQ garage door support, user-customizable PIN's for Resolution Helix Security systems, as well as URC remote and general bug fixes. Be sure to read more for additional details.
MyQ garage doors can be used with your ClareHome system: Homeowners can manually control their garage door open and closing function, set up notifications, create a scene to close the garage door, or view the garage doors status in the ClareHome App. All Chamberlain and LiftMaster MyQ enabled garage doors can be used with ClareHome. IMPORTANT NOTE: Chamberlain charges a $1/month or $10/year fee for enabling MyQ in your ClareHome system. MyQ controls cannot be used in schedules, and can only be used in scenes that close the garage door at this time.

Resolution Helix PIN code management: The new update allows homeowners to manage their Resolution Helix Security PIN codes using the ClareHome App. The PIN management feature allows the creation, removal, or reset of a users PIN code. Be sure to read the full release notes for documentation on how to manage PIN's by following the link below.
Note: PIN codes are private and cannot be seen by other users. If a user forgets their PIN, the homeowner/master user can reset the PIN. If the master user forgets their Master PIN, the security panel must be factory defaulted and requires configuration assistance from the installer.
