The LTE activation process for the ClareOne Panel has been changed with the latest update, version 9.5.4 released in April 2023. After this update, all LTE activation must be initiated in FusionPro. The purpose of this bulletin is to describe how the new process works.

FusionPro is scheduled to go down for a scheduled update on 04/18/2023 around Noon time EST as part of our major software release. The outage is expected to last for approximately 15 minutes.

A new update has been released for all ClareVision Performance and Color at Night Series cameras. The update significantly enhances Smart Event detection, adds SDDP support for specific camera models, and improves daylight savings time (DST) when viewing camera live feeds and event playbacks.

We have recently released a minor software update for all ClareOne systems. This update is designed to lay the groundwork for future software features, as well as preparing for the release of Luma Surveillance X20 series of cameras and NVRs to be used with ClareOne.

An important update for the ClareOne Auxiliary Touchpanel (CLR-C1-ATP) has been released which introduces several highly-requested features! This includes the ability to turn off screen auto wake, emulating zone annunciations similarly to the ClareOne panel, annunciation scheduling, updates to the user interface to match the ClareHome app, and more.
