We have released an important new update for all ClareVision cameras and NVRs, as well as the ClareVision App. The update enables Smart Event notifications in the ClareVision App for Performance Series cameras, includes a new Virtual Host for NVRs, and features several quality of life improvements such as a video playback scrubber, pinch and zoom capabilities, video screen management, camera notification silence controls, and more. Grab your ClareOne Panel and walk through the process of adding it to FusionPro. Once added, select a Service Plan, add Smart Home Devices, create an Action, and Onboard your Customer! Prevent truck rolls and service calls by troubleshooting your accounts remotely in FusionPro.

Our most anticipated software release is here! FusionPro will update tonight followed by the mobile applications. Following this, the ClareOne panel updates will begin to roll out over the next couple of days. End users will be prompted to accept the update.
