ClareVision App Update - 04/21/2023

About This Release:

A new update is available for the ClareVision App that focuses on improving performance and stability, as well as other minor bug resolutions. The update has been made available for both iOS and Android devices.

What's Included:

Video Stream Connectivity Improvements
Video stream connectivity has been improved to allow more stable and reliable buffering of video. Additionally, the Refresh stream button feature has been improved to properly re-initiate a video stream on Android.

Removed Camera Motion Settings
To prevent issues that could be created for Partners, we have removed Motion Settings from the ClareVision App to prevent motion detection issues that could be caused on Smart Event capable cameras. Partners can still change motion settings directly through the camera or through an NVR.

Loading Feeds for NVRs (Android Only):
Fixed an issue where the ClareVision App would only load a video feed for Channel 1 when looking at the channel selection screen. All channels with available video feeds now load a preview video feed.

Performance and Stability:
In addition to the above items, there are several other changes made to help improve overall app stability and reliability, enhance security, and fix several minor bugs and issues.
