Clare and D.R. Horton hit a new milestone with the largest base-house standard package yet! Recently, D.R. announced they would install the Clare controller, security system integration, 3 lighting loads, smart thermostat, and a front door camera as standard in every D.R. Horton Emerald home in the Dallas/Ft. Worth West area. Similarly, D.R. Horton is ramping up Clare smart homes in 7 different communities in Northern California. More and more builders are implementing Clare Controls as a standard amenity in communities across the country as homeowner demand increases. Stay tuned for more builder news coming soon.

Come see us at the ESX tradeshow in Nashville, June 13-16. Clare Controls representatives will be in the Resolution Products booth #331 displaying our new Smart and Secure Platform. Using Clare’s CLIQ.mini control hub and the Resolution Products Helix security panel, dealers can now offer full-featured home automation, security and alarm reporting to customers from the ClareCloud. This offering provides increased RMR and lower acquisition costs for dealers. On display will be the CLIQ.mini and Helix panel kit, now available in one box. Also on display will be the new Clare Video Doorbell, now available and shipping.

Clare Controls attended the Pacific NW Consumer Electronics Expo (PNWCEE) in Seattle, Washington on May 22nd &23rd, 2017. The annual expo hosted by Pacific NW reps, manufacturers, and distributors promotes the latest smart home technologies and brings the big national show experience to regional security and integration dealers.

D.R. Horton has recently chosen Clare Controls as the smart home solution provider for their Dallas/Fort Worth markets. A base package, which will provide a smart and secure solution for homeowners, will be installed in over 100 D.R. Horton homes over the next 12 months.

The Clare Video Doorbell is now available and shipping to North American customers. The Video Doorbell, which is the latest offering in Clare Controls' line-up of cameras and security products, is the first professional grade, Wi-Fi doorbell camera that offers a simple retrofit installation, and integrates with third party control systems.

Clare was proud to be one of 18 select manufacturers to sponsor and attend the Builder Digital Experience – Digital Transformation Summit (BDX – DCX) in Texas on April 26-28. The top 200 homebuilders in the country and a select list of manufacturers attended the Summit.
