You may have recently received a communication from Chamberlain regarding myQ®, stating that they will be disabling myQ integration with Clare systems starting on March 18th, 2024. As a result, myQ-enabled garage door control, status, notifications, automation, and third-party monitoring of connected devices through Clare will no longer function after that date.

We will be releasing a minor system maintenance update for your ClareOne system on Wednesday, August 9th, 2023. During this update, your ClareOne panel will reboot. There is nothing you need to do for this update.

Due to a service upgrade by one of our external service providers, Clare servers will be undergoing service maintenance between 8 P.M. EST on Friday, June 2nd through 8 P.M. EST on Sunday, June 4th, 2023.
