A new update has been released for all ClareVision Performance and Color at Night Series cameras. The update significantly enhances Smart Event detection, adds SDDP support for specific camera models, and improves daylight savings time (DST) when viewing camera live feeds and event playbacks.

What's New:

Enhanced Smart Event AI Detection

Smart Events have been enhanced, improving event alerts based on human body detection. This update improves the accuracy and reliability of the AI detection algorithm which significantly helps reduce false-positives that could be experienced under certain conditions.

SDDP Support for Performance and Color at Night Cameras

Partners using ClareVision cameras now have the ability to automatically discover and add Performance and Color at Night series ClareVision cameras to their Control4 projects. This update complements our previous firmware release which added SDDP support for ClareVision NVRs.

Daylight Savings Time (DST) Improvements

Cameras that enter DST will display the correct timestamp when viewing live feeds and event playbacks.
