FusionPro System Update - 07/09/2024

FusionPro has received an important new update that includes a revitalized user interface focused on improving Partner efficiency, productivity, accessibility, and general quality of life improvements. To support this update, we have released a new FusionPro User Guide.

What's New

FusionPro UI/UX Improvements

• Improved look and design focused on simplifying installation, account management, and maintenance
• New Navigation sidebar provides additional navigation and working space
• Launch account search from the home page
• New Customer Service Contact info added to Company Page, the information entered here is used to inform customers who to contact if they want to make additional purchases or upgrade their service plan.
• ClareOne device information moved higher up for easier access
• New “3-Dot” menu across Account pages allows for common functions
• Updated Maintenance tab which paves the way for more advanced troubleshooting in the future
• New ”Quick Filters” on the Accounts page
