      Clare Video Doorbell No Longer Supports Digital Chimes Tech Bulletin

      Introduction

      Clare Controls has removed support for digital chimes on the Clare Video Doorbell. This decision has been made due to the large variety of digital chimes available on market, a majority which have differing custom configurations with no common standard. Existing digital chimes currently working will continue to function normally. This decision does not affect our continuous support for mechanical chimes.

      The following table lists devices known to work with the Clare Video Doorbell. Devices not listed may or may not be compatible.
