Clare Apps for Android Lollipop Tech Bulletin
Issue
The ClareVision and Clare Controls Apps for Android are currently compatible with the Jelly Bean and KitKat releases but will not work with Android 5.0 Lollipop, which is scheduled for release in mid-November. Users upgrading their smartphones to Lollipop will not be able to launch the Clare Apps.
Solution
To avoid interruption to their ClareVision and Clare Controls services, users should refrain from upgrading smartphones to Lollipop until they have downloaded the Clare Apps for Lollipop. The Clare Apps for Lollipop are currently being developed and will be available in the Google Play Store soon. We will notify you when they are ready for download.
