AOL Email Accounts and ClareHome Sign In Tech Bulletin

Issue

AOL email services have made a change in their system. This change has interrupted the ClareHome ability to login, create an account, or receive send reset password emails using AOL.

Solution

We recommend all ClareHome users currently using or creating an account avoid AOL and use an alternate email provider/account to access their ClareHome system. Homeowners must be at home with their app connected to the same network as their ClareHome system in order to create a new account login.
