ClareOne & ClareHome App 2025 Spring Update

About This Update

A new software update is available on Monday, April 21, 2025 for the ClareOne panel and ClareHome application a day or two after. This is primarily a maintenance update, but does include one new feature for the application as described below.

ClareOne Update

CLO-7870	Corrects an issue where the incorrect user was reported to CS when disarming from ClareOne Emergency Page.
CLO-8266	Corrects an issue where the Z-Wave Siren Test Button, did not activate the Z-Wave sirent for testing.
CLO-8299	Camera Green Screen > Corrects an issue where a V200 cameras display as a green image when viewing the stream on a ClareOne.
CLO-8342	Corrects an issue where an update to the ClareOne panel was not reflected in the ClareOne activity log.
EPI-12584	Corrects an issue where the app would temporarily display Armed Away when a D/W sensor is faulted.

ClareHome App Update

Added support to lock out ClareHome application when dealer lock out is activated on ClareOne. Provides instructions on app for customers as well as contact information for partner.

Customer Support Contact information must be completed under company settings in FusionPro.
