ClareOne Alarm Processing
The Central Station list below has been validated to work with ClareOne. To set up Central Station alarm delivery you will need to contact the Central Station of your choice and ask them for account information to deliver alarms from ClareOne.
Partners must contact their Central Station to acquire the communication path information before they can configure their Central Station in FusionPro.
All alarms sent by a ClareOne panel are delivered to our Alarm Relay Partner (Alula) via IP. Alula’s alarm processing center then forwards the alarm to the Central Station according to the communication path you configure and assign to your ClareOne accounts.
Alarms forwarded from Alula to your Central Station are delivered using Ademco ContactID format and alarm codes using one of the following delivery methods.
- Sur-Gard III – Alarms are delivered from the ClareOne to Alula’s alarm processing center using Alula’s proprietary API and then forwarded to the assigned Central Station to a Sur-Gard III receiver connected to Alula. This process is completed from end to end over IP and ordinarily takes just a few seconds to be received and responded to at the CMS.
- POTs – Alarms are delivered from the ClareOne to Alula’s alarm processing center using Alula’s proprietary API and then forwarded to the assigned CMS using telephone lines. The alarm delivery Calling Line ID will be that of one of the Alula dialers, it does not represent the ClareOne or customer account in any way.
Be sure to tell your Central Station that ALL ClareOne alarms are delivered via Sur-Gard III receivers connected to Alula.
Any Central Station using this method is required to have a connection from their Automation System to Alula. Once established, the communication path includes an IP address and DNIS number. The DNIS is a 5-digit number which is used for routing the alarm at the Central Station. The DNIS is sometimes referred to by the Central Station as the RRLLL identifier, or Receiver (RR) and Line Number (LLL).
