How to swap out a ClareOne Panel in FusionPro

In this article, we cover the steps required to perform to swap out a ClareOne Panel in FusionPro on a customers account.

  1. Edit existing account under FusionPro
  2. If configured for Monitoring Services, please deactivate Monitoring Services.
    Related Article: How to disable security monitoring 
    1. Click on Service Plan tab
    2. Capture current settings for monitoring services
    3. Click the Edit button next to monitoring services
    4. Click the Deactivate button
  3. If configured for LTE, please deactivate the LTE service.
    1. Click on Service Plan tab
    2. Click the Edit button next to Cellular Account Status
    3. Click the Deactivate button
  4. Click on active UUID link displayed above the gray account toolbar

  5. Replace old UUID/Serial/IMEI/ICCID with new UUID/Serial/IMEI/ICCID from replacement device

  6. Click Test Connection Button

  7. If prompted, click the Validate Controller Button
  8. Click Save Controller Button
  9. If needed, reactivate Monitoring Services.
    1. Click on Service Plan tab
    2. Click Edit next to monitoring services
    3. Enter service plan settings
    4. Click Save Button
  10. If needed, activate Cellular Services
    1. Click on Service Plan tab
    2. Click Edit next to Cellular Account Status
    3. Click Activate Button
  11. Add security zones to the replacement ClareOne Panel.
  12. Add devices to the replacement ClareOne Panel.
  13. Test and verify functionality of the new ClareOne Panel.
