[In a note of clarification, TSTT advises that blink Vigilance, the company’s existing home security product remains in service. According to TSTT, “bsecure is a new product with mirrored verticals aligned with home automation, intelligent home connectivity and smart home automation.”]

bmobile, a pivotal brand of Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (TSTT), the largest communications solutions provider in the island nation, is partnering with Clare Controls, a Snap One exclusive brand that produces the powerful ClareOne wireless security and home automation system, to offer a new level of home security and automation to the region’s telecom customers through its bsecure product line.

“There is growing local market demand for an affordable, easy-to-install and maintain wireless security and smart home solution that can also offer an easy upgrade path to entire home automation, and this partnership with Snap One and Clare enables us to meet this demand,” said Keino Cox, General Manager, Emerging Services and Innovation at TSTT.

“As the market-leading provider of telecom services in Trinidad and Tobago, bmobile aims to deliver the latest and greatest technologies to customers so they can enjoy the benefits of modern advances. By making ClareOne, winner of the CE Pro 2019 Award for Home Automation Solutions, the anchor in our new bsecure system, we can provide customers with a simple, powerful, and expandable system to monitor and control a home’s security sensors, cameras, doorbells, lighting and more.”

bmobile will be offering upgrades to existing bmobile security customers and aims to have their total residential market using the fully-featured ClareOne solution within three years. This ambitious target is a reflection of the major upgrades ClareOne brings to bmobile’s customers as well as the popularity of the system in other markets.

“At Snap One, our goal is to deliver superior security and home control solutions to homes and business through modern protections and advanced technologies,” said Clint Choate, Security Market Director at Snap One. “We are thrilled to partner with bmobile, Trinidad and Tobago’s largest telecom service provider, to bring ClareOne and Snap One solutions to market and give residents the peace of mind they deserve and the intelligent control they crave.”

bmobile customers with the new bsecure solution, built on the ClareOne platform, will gain advanced smart home control, broadband and LTE connectivity options to bmobile’s network, HD video security capabilities, and an open platform that connects to lights, locks, thermostats, and even music all from a simple to use app.

As a part of Snap One, one of the world’s largest manufacturers and distributors of custom home technologies and security solutions, the ClareOne security system is designed to integrate seamlessly with the award-winning Control4 home control system. This opens the door for bmobile’s ClareOne users to expand their smart home security system into a full luxury home automation operating system for the home that can provide mobile and voice control for lights, TVs, audio, security, surveillance, motorized window shades, and many more home technologies.

“By offering this new product and upgraded service, bmobile is giving residents of Trinidad and Tobago an expandable cutting-edge security solution that is unmatched by anything else currently available in the nation,” Cox added. “bmobile bsecure customers can start protecting their properties with one of the world’s most advanced home technology solutions.”

The ClareOne security panel is an award-winning home security solution that offers mobile control and access from any major mobile device available today. Through the easy-to-use ClareHome app, users can remotely monitor live surveillance camera feeds, arm and disarm the system, communicate with visitors through a two-way video doorbell, control electronic door locks and garage doors, and much more. When integrated with the even more advanced Control4 home automation system from Snap One, the features become virtually unlimited.
