About This Update

A hotfix is now available to address thermostat connectivity issues reported between select thermostats and the ClareOne Smart Home and Security Panel. This update restores reliable communication and interoperability for affected systems.

 A hotfix is now available to address thermostat connectivity issues reported between select thermostats and the ClareOne Smart Home and Security Panel. This update restores reliable communication and improves interoperability for affected systems. 

In addition, connectivity issues previously reported with Ecobee thermostats have been resolved.

 

Action Required

End users should install the update when prompted on their ClareOne Panel to receive the Honeywell thermostat fix.

No dealer action is required.

Note: This update is only applicable to systems using Honeywell T-Series thermostats. Ecobee connectivity is restored and does not require a ClareOne update.
