Regional Sales Manager

Job Description:

Clare Controls is a provider of smart, secure, and simple home solutions that blend professional installations with DIY-style modification and system expansion. Clare’s smart home automation and security products enhance safety and convenience, help conserve energy, integrate entertainment, and provide home security, in one sleek, simple to use App. Clare also specializes in wireless smart home security communication that reduces our dealers acquisition costs and helps homeowners to stay secure and safe. Clare provides US-based ClareCare consumer support to ensure the upmost in client satisfaction. Clare Control’s products and services are offered exclusively through a network of licensed and authorized dealers.

We have multiple openings for regional sales professional across the country to manage the market. Sales focus will predominantly be in the major security and builder markets with a primary goal of accruing, onboarding and growing the Clare security business.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and onboard new dealers with Clare controls.
  • Increase security penetration with the Clare one product.
  • Manage and grow existing dealers.
  • Development and execution of a regional sales plan.
  • Forecasting and execution against forecast.
  • Supporting our distributor partners with sales training.
  • US based travel 20%-30%
  • Participation with corporate marketing in the development of regional marketing support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 - 5 years’ related experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Candidate should have more than five years’ experience selling to security systems contractors and have demonstrated a pattern of successful sales growth in prior positions.
