Inside Sales Representative

Due to our rapid growth path, we have created a new position for an Inside Sales Representative that can drive our sales efforts and expand our global reach. This position will focus on exceeding sales projections by working closely with the marketing and sales teams to grow our dealer network and expand our sales efforts. Located in Sarasota, FL, Clare offers an extraordinary career opportunity for an already successful sales person in a B2B technology sales position.

The Inside Sales Representative’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Be well organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated with the initiative to seek out and manage customer relationships. Conduct phone calls, emails, mailings, and other communications to obtain new contracted dealers and sales orders which exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
  • Regularly communicate with our potential and existing dealer network.
  • Manage our lead development process utilizing our CRM software.
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical support, product management and account management to facilitate sales incentive programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings.
  • Ensure reporting of sales efforts is frequent and bi-directional.
  • Work with management on the execution of sales strategies against planned forecast.
  • Participation with corporate marketing in the development of regional marketing support.


  • Candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Work experience should include a minimum of 5 years Audio and Video sales or sales support supervisory role in a related industry. Experience with Security and Custom A/V dealer business is a huge plus.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills are required.
